i500 is the new inverter series from 0.25 to 100 kW: a streamlined design, scalable functionality and exceptional user-friendliness – now also in IP66 version.

 

 

Main features

• Compact size: Up to 11 kW just 130mm deep and up to 2.2 kW just 60mm wide.
• Innovative options for interacting with the drive allow lightning-fast commissioning.
• Now also available in IP-66 version for decentralized solutions up to 5.5 kW (up to 75 kW from December 2020).
• Its modular structure allows a variety of bus, I/O and safety configurations in order to meet machine builders’ requirements.
• Ideal for numerous applications: travelling drives, conveyor drives, shaper drives, pumps and fans, tool drives, hoist drives and winding drives.
• Network interfaces available for: CANopen, Modbus, PROFIBUS, IO-Link, EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet-I/P; POWERLINK, Modbus TCP/IP

 

 

 

Three possible options for commissioning the drive:

• Keypad: ideal to set a few key parameters, like acceleration and deceleration times.
• Keypad app on a smartphone: the best way to define simple applications, like a belt conveyor.
